Tickets are non-refundable so please make sure you are certain when buying tickets.
Scalping is not supported and we do our utmost to fight it. We loathe those selling tickets on-line for commercial gain at others misfortunes. In sell-out occasions, we will always hold a portion (such as 500-1000 tickets minimum, sometimes up to 2000+) in order to slow release in leadup to the event and wipe out ridiculous ticket scalping.
It does work and does wipe a lot of bad money out of the market thank god.
Refunds are not permitted. In extreme cases exceptions can be made, however this is ultimately at the discretion of the ticketing agent, due to internal accounting procedures.
